GAFFER TAPE TÜCHLER STAGE 300
Our own brand, made in Europe and thoroughly tested, stands for high-quality gaffer tape designed specifically for the needs of theaters, opera houses, museums, and venues with sensitive floors. The STAGE 300 Gaffer Tape combines the strength of a stabilized PE-coated fabric with the gentleness of a 100% natural rubber adhesive. This unique combination guarantees strong adhesion even on sensitive surfaces like stone, wood, cables, and aluminum trusses, enabling nearly residue-free removal even after prolonged use and stress.
The matte surface of the STAGE 300 minimizes reflections, making it the ideal tape for use on stages, in multipurpose halls, theaters, and opera houses. It is tearable by hand, allowing for quick and efficient application. Additionally, the tape is temperature resistant from -30° to +80°, making it suitable for challenging environments.
STAGE 300 is not only ideal for affixing and connecting dance carpets but also for protection, marking, covering, fixing, and repair work. As a product tested according to DIN, AFERA, FINAT, and PSTC standards, STAGE 300 stands for quality and reliability.
The use of natural rubber adhesive protects the underlying surface and ensures removability after stress, making it the ideal gaffer tape for locations with sensitive and high-quality floorings.
Technical specifications such as an adhesive strength of >= 2.0 N/cm, tensile strength of >= 60 N/cm, and temperature resistance from -30°C to 80°C, along with good weather and limited UV resistance, make STAGE 300 the first choice for professionals in theaters, opera houses, museums, and venues.

Warning & Application Instructions for ADHESIVE TAPES
Valid from January 1, 2014
1. Adhesive tape ratings
Please note that the ratings are based on comparisons within our product range.
2. Adhesive residues
Please note that all adhesive tapes, even with the best rating, can leave adhesive residues depending on the surface, pressure, mechanical stress, and application duration.
3. Aging of adhesive tapes
Please note that adhesive tapes may age during storage (more than 1-2 years), depending on the temperature, which alters their properties, particularly adhesion and residue behavior.
4. Caution with stone floors and porous surfaces
Be especially cautious with stone floors and other porous surfaces such as terracotta or clinker, as these often absorb chemical components of adhesives, which can lead to dark streaks on the stone that fade only slowly or not at all.
5. Proper tape removal technique
Always remove adhesive tapes evenly. Jerky removal increases the likelihood of leaving adhesive residues and can damage the substrate due to material peeling. Pay particular attention to this on wooden floors, lacquered and coated surfaces, and other sensitive surfaces.
6. Testing before use
Always test before use:
6.1. on the respective surfaces,
6.2. according to the planned duration of adhesion,
6.3. under the planned mechanical stress,
6.4. under the planned mechanical pressure.
7. Complaints and disclaimer of liability
If adhesive residues and other results are due to the typical properties of an adhesive tape, complaints are excluded. Claims for damages are in any case excluded.
