Secure, compact, and versatile: the reliable hoist for stages, event centres, cultural centres, schools, theatres.
The compact hoist for every venue. Universally employable for scenery, flag poles, decoration trains, lighting- and point trains with load measurement and electronic positioning.
When both safety and functionality are essential, the TÜCHLER compact hoist LIFT-IT 200.500 series is the perfect solution for setups in small and medium-sized event venues. The compact and robust hoist was specifically designed for use in event centres, cultural centres, gyms, schools and on stages. It complies to relevant safety standards and regulations, including accident prevention regulations (UVV), the professional association regulation (BGV-C1), and the DGUV regulation 17/18 for ensuring a high degree of safety for stage and production elements in the entertainment industry. The LIFT-IT 200.500 series is equipped with integrated load measurement and electronic positioning for use as a hoist for scenery, flag poles, decoration- and lighting trains or as a point hoist. Unlike drum hoists and due to the design as a bobbin hoist, the ropes run accurately and always remain in the same position. This means that the first rope deflection pulley can be positioned directly after the hoist, making this hoist ideal for tight spaces.
LIFT-IT 300.500 installation positions
The compact hoist LIFT-IT 300.500 offers the choice between two rope outlets, therefore, LIFT-IT allows various installation positions.
Number of ropes
The LIFT-IT 300.500 rope hoist can be equipped with one to six support ropes. This means stage-wide objects such as load bars and rigs can be moved as well as point loads on a single rope.
Loading capacity and effective stroke
Due to its construction, the maximum loading capacity of the LIFT-IT 200.500 series hoist varies with the lifting height and the number of ropes:

Measurements
The LIFT-IT compact hoist 200.500 series is extremely compact. Unlike normal drum winches, the ropes do not move sideways during the winding or unwinding process, they remain in the same position. This means that the first rope pulley can be installed directly after the hoist. The compact size and the property described above enable the use in very restricted space.

Places of use
Lift it PW BGV-C1 is used for small and medium sized theatre stages, multipurpose halls, community centres, school stages, congress- and day centres etc. Its excelling qualities are the compact build, precise rope rolling and compliance with BGV-C1 guidelines.
An option for small budgets
Lift it BGV-C1 has a previously unknown price-performance ratio for a scenery hoist compliant with the BGV-C1 standard. Lift It PW 300 makes full compliance with safety standards for stage and event locations possible, on a small budget.
Lift it PW BGV-C1 is ideal for lifting scenery- and bar hoists, light trusses, chandeliers, flag poles, rigs and much more.
Plug & Play
Lift it PW BGV-C1 is conceived as a plug & play unit. The only requirements for assembly and installation, other than a stable wall or basic construction, are a 16 A power connection and the control cable included in delivery. Further connection work by a certified electrician is not required.
Simply connect Lift it PW BGV-C1 to a power socket and to the control element with the control cable included in delivery. The integrated direction guard prevents the motor from starting in the case of phase inversion, thus providing an additional safety factor. Should phase inversion occur in the in-house system, this fault can easily be corrected by the user with the phase inverter in the 16 A plug and a flat screwdriver.

What does BGV-C1 mean?
BGV is the abbreviation for the professional association regulation of the VBG (administrative professional associations). This is a German institution, whose function, amongst others, is to ensure the highest level of employee protection. In this function, the VBG develops guidelines that machines, systems, materials etc. must fulfil for operation to be admissible. These guidelines are recognized as state-of-the-art for the stage area in the entire German-speaking world and increasingly in other European countries as well, thus becoming regulations and laws.
